Andree Reid is building Akingsformula Through Christ into a platform designed to help people grow in mind, body, and spirit.
Akingsforumula Through Christ is a faith-based organization focused on personal development, boxing, mentorship, healing, and community. Through it's book, educational programs, podcast, and brotherhood, the organization seeks to help people develop their minds, bodies, and spirits through Christ.
But to understand Akingsformula, you have to understand the man who created it.
A VISION THAT STARTED
IN COLLEGE
Long before Akingsformula became a business, it was an idea born during one of the most uncertain periods of Andree Reid’s life.
After dropping out of the University of Minnesota, Reid made the decision to return to college. While visiting Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas, he learned that the woman he had dated in high school was pregnant. Despite challenges with his transcript and many setbacks, his determination and faith kept him going.

BECAME PERSONAL
Andree graduated from Paul Quinn College
Life would eventually challenge Andree's understanding of his vision.
After graduating from college, he learned that the son he believed was his
biological child was not. The experience was devastating. Then came another
life-changing loss- the death of his father from a drug overdose. Finding him on the floor in the bathroom.
Through grief, Andree began looking at his original vision differently. He came
to understand that the foundation he needed wasn't simply a formula for success
- it was Christ. That's when Akingsformula became Akingsformula Through Christ.

power, or status. It means living with
character, learning from trials, leading
by serving, and discovering your own
formula for what you were created to do.
BUILDING THROUGH
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Andree graduated from Paul Quinn College
in 2019 with a degree in entrepreneurship.
His education and corporate experience in sales, operations, and leadership helped him learn how to turn ideas into structured businesses.
BOXING WITH A PURPOSE
Boxing has been a major part of Andree's life for over 15 years.
He is an undefeated professional boxer with a 2-0 record
(1 knockout) and has competed in tournaments across Dallas,
Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
Today, he teaches kids and adults, using boxing as a tool to
build discipline, confidence, and character. The gym is more
than a place to train - it's a classroom for life.

THE VISION AHEAD
In the next 5 - 10 years, Reid envisions Akingsformula having its own physical location -
a place where people can train, heal, connect, and grow. A boxing gym, mentorship programs,
a podcast studio, community center, and resources for youth and adults. Most importantly, a place where people can develop their mind, body, and spirit through Christ.
